		<description><![CDATA[Technology will continue to change. The rate of change will be both progressive and variable. In any event, the technology change hypothesis seems reasonably durable. After accepting the hypothesis certain questions should be asked about the nature of technology. What would be the point of buying a Motorola Droid from Verizon Wireless when later this year the Google Nexus One will be available? If the point of the endeavor is to examine the Android operating system through field testing, then purchasing a secondary product from an alternative manufacturer defeats the purpose.]]></description>
