Now would be the time to advance the cause. All the distractions of the world must disappear. If the distractions can disappear even for a moment, then the cause might advance forward beyond current expectations. Revelations about the cause develop almost spontaneously. Distractions crowd out momentum. A few ounces of momentum develop from necessity. However, necessity alone cannot maintain momentum. Movement toward something describes the very nature of momentum. Absolute desire to advance the cause builds the potential for forward progress.

What drives progress within society? Does society inherently progress toward the future? A future defined by what? A future defined by the passage of time? Time advances with unstoppable momentum. Society stands within normative rules and conventions.

Stream of consciousness writing can occur at anytime. All a creative developer of prose has to do is make the decision to begin stream of consciousness writing. Start by writing about whatever concepts or themes come to mind. Sometimes even writing about the various objects in the room presents enough intellectual challenge to spark the process. Creative writing certainly represents a unique world of opportunity beyond the constraints and conventions of academic writing. Without question, the very nature of academic writing changes the process of building prose.

Sometimes just getting into the flow of writing can provide the fuel to compel a writing session forward. Writer’s block sometimes describes a condition that occurs when the writer simply stops writing. The best method of getting back on track toward productive writing sessions can simply involve picking up a pen and paper and writing. Some writers have transitioned entirely over to digital word processing. Even the feeling of typing can be relaxing. A series of keystrokes producing words that form sentences building paragraphs. For some people, the very habit of typing can take provide the motivation necessary to write everyday.

The habit of daily writing requires taking the time to engage in the generation of pose. A writer uses a pen and paper with a purpose. The simple act of typing does not guarantee writing, but the act itself starts the process. False starts are an acceptable part of writing. Nobody intends to chisel every utterance generated within the habit of daily writing into stone blocks for posterity.

Grammarian considerations aside the practice of daily writing requires moving beyond the casual correction of errors during the typing process in favor of comprehensive editing. Separating the writing and editing process helps avoid breaking a good train of thought. Stopping and starting does not provide any degree of continuity within the writing process. Allowing the process to begin and simply continue the process.

Write until the generation of prose becomes tedious. After the initial writing process is complete review the prose and edit the prose. Sometimes a writer might forsake grammarian considerations. Every passage of prose does not necessarily need require editing. However, editing requires practice and opportunities to practice editing will always exist for a prolific writer.

The two most dangerous forms of writer’s block involve self-censorship and regret. A writer rarely remembers the words left unsaid. Writing provides a mechanism of storage that advances society. Even at the individual level, the process of writing helps advance critical thinking skills, understanding, and reflection. Regret can be a powerful factor within writing projects. Regretting a course of action can destroy any degree of motivation that might propel a writing project forward. Moving beyond the constraining influences of self-censorship and regret requires the acceptance of stream of consciousness prose.

One possible method of moving forward involves simply writing down every possible consideration about a topic including breaking down the nature of the topics form, function, structure, and assumptions. This type of consideration helps a writer build prose. Later the writer can edit and evaluate the prose based on the merits of the topic. Certainly, the writer has to adopt the exploratory process.
